retired aero engineer, recently started gardening, all in raised bed or 5 gal buckets. Some buckets are 2 bucket SW and some use a single bucket to get water from the surface. Have a 5kw PV system grid tied. Compost local horse stable cleanings, build kit planes (flew one to Alaska from Florida), worms for castings, 400-500 bats in homebuilt houses, chickens in chicken tractor.

    Thanks for joining the Aquaponic Gardening community!  I hope you find it a fun place to explore aquaponics.  There is a real blend of experienced and new aquapons in this community, so please don’t hesitate to get in there and start asking questions.  Everyone is quite happy to help out new members – no question is too basic.
