Been studing augaponic about 2-3 months want to start one in a few weeks but wouldl love to talk to a few poeople about differnet ideals. before i start
Hey Larry, Sorry I haven't called yet. Sunday's are a busy day for me. I will be getting more of my system set up today and would like to give it a few days to cycle through before I add fish. Would It be ok to hold off for a week or so???
I don't know if you remember me. Harley Krager and I visited you at your home last spring and you introduced us to Aquaponics.
I am currently doing some research for an on line discussion on controlling water temperature. It seems quite a few people are going to a lot of effort heating their water or the winter season.
I have been checking my water and Outside Air Temps. in the early morning about 6-7:00 and today numbers were water 72 Degrees OAT 60 Degrees.
If I remember you have a 300 gal open top shaded tank. Could you record your temps. 1 or 2 days to add to my data?
I will be posting my results as I go on the Forum.

I think 30 will be my magic number to start off.
