Please tell us something else about yourself.
I'm Chris Schup, founder and designer of Root & Ramble, an apparel brand for people who grow stuff. I made the Aquaponic Farming T-shirt for your kind of life and adding sweat, algae or fish poop will only enhance its magical powers and make it infinitely more comfortable. Swing by the shop for a closer look: www.RootnRamble.com

Root & Ramble is a hybrid of my creative heart and my eco-conscious soul. It was inspired by my 25-year journey as an organic gardener. A journey that launched me into a headfirst, learn-by-doing approach to life as a farm volunteer, biodynamic practitioner, and student of aquaponics.

I am driven by unwavering curiosity and a desire to do good by this planet. I am one person trying to make a larger-than-one-person impact. And I am not alone.

The not-so-secret mission of Root & Ramble is to champion the hard-working people who grow and nurture things, and to inspire others to join the movement and change our world.

The way I see it, many of us are going in the same direction. At the end of every day, if we can say “today I was part of the solution,” then we’re doing all right.

I understand that Root & Ramble is a small part of the big picture. I make clothing and gear for aquaponic growers and other nurturers of the natural world. Unfortunately, t-shirts by themselves can’t do much. But on the right person, surrounded by a like-minded (and equally well-dressed) community...these shirts can make everything a little better.

If you want to be the first to hear about new products, killer deals and super-secret discounts, swing by the shop and sign up. I won’t share your address with anyone because that’s not cool.
