Very excited about the prospect of aquaponics. Looking to have a trial run in a small basement located system and then possibly moving on to something bigger in a greenhouse setting.

    Hey Art. Just where are you located? Our system is more-or-less built. We have a 1x4x16 growbed filled with river pea gravel, a 4x4x4 fish tank and a comparably sized catch basin, the water has been added and is being pumped from the basin to fish tank via 400 gph submersible pump, which overflows from fish tank into growbed. A bell siphon flushes the growbed into the basin, completing the circuit. We hope to get the plastic on the hoop house before Christmas and get fish once the system is enclosed.
