Joined a year ago....now moving into the buiding ohase of it all. Very excited, but still a Lot to learn. Wuld Really like to visit some estblished aqauponic setups in the area to do some eyes-on learning! Building a greenhouse next month!

    Thanks for joining the Aquaponic Gardening community!  I hope you find it a fun place to explore aquaponics.  There is a real blend of experienced and new aquapons in this community, so please don’t hesitate to get in there and start asking questions.  Everyone is quite happy to help out new members – no question is too basic.

     
    A great place to start is to read the “How to Use This Site” link on the upper right corner, “Start Here” section of the Home page.  You might also find the “Aquaponic Gardening Rules of Thumb” guidelines helpful.

    I thought the same thing!  I love the Growing Spaces dome greenhouses, and always thought that big heat-sink tank in the back just needs some fishies!

    We don't have an AP system running currently. It has sort of gone to the backburner with all of the projects we have had going on. We do have a pond and it is in good shape though the pump burned out and needs replaced. Soon we will get to that. I am really still in the research phase for AP. just haven't found a way to make it work while still looking pretty. Pretty in my pond is important to me. Superficial I know. But we all have our needs. Lol
