Please tell us something else about yourself.
Physicist with long-term experience in Energy Management for business entities. Fighting now for paradigm change in Energy and Food supply, which is necessary because the old fossil fuel and interest rate based system will fail. Have developed a Solar Aquaponic Greenhouse, which is operative since 2 months. This greenhouse is more a controlled environment, thermally stabel in hot and cold climates with minimized heating and cooling requirements. The Aquaponics is part of the Energy Concept of this greenhouse. It is an Integrated Food and Energy System (IFES) of type III. The FAO (United Nations) where surprised, when I gave them a presentation in Rome. Sofar they only had a type I and a II IFES developed. Also good light is an issue - I am shareholder at www.plasma-i.com, which is a break through light source, ideally for Aquaponics, to keep photosynthesis running also in wintertime. Have also developed a simple method to shift green light (not usable for Photosynthesis) into red light with a flourescent pigmented ETFE-film. The other thing is a low-cost and low-energy UV-Waterpurification system what I would like to share with the Aquaponic Comunity.

Very best regards

Franz
