- I am a personal chef in the Seattle area. This small tank is phase 1 in an experiment to learn/teach about organic/sustainable indoor farming of fish & veggies in small spaces. If this is successful, I want to move to phase two in the spring to grow veggies with ornamental fish (no room for edibles) in my apt.
UPDATE: 4-25-11 Phase 2 is starting. 55 gallon is half filled and I believe it to be fully mature system ready to plant crops in a vertical grow system as soon as we get a little more light here in the NW.
