I am debating weather to let the walls down on my greenhouse. I might just let it all winter over for the year. It was a lousy growing season this year with all the rain and overcast skies. It certainly taught us a very valuable lesson in terms of wanting to go commercial. Just imagine how many accounts I would have lost had I signed onto 3 or 4 local restaurants! something to really consider. I think we will stick with the local farmers markets so were non committed to any restaurants. :-)
We're launching our Fish Garden aquaponics showcase in Lithonia area this month. It's a place for people to find out what aquaponics is about and what is possible. Our first was launched at a hotel in downtown Shanghai in October. I have not been keeping up with the local aquaponics community, other than what Greg is doing and Chris Cadle up in Canton. But the Fish Garden is something like a science museum/presentation forum, featuring some of our design and material innovations. I look forward to hearing from y'all.
