Smoked tilapia fish tacos

I think  most of us growing plants with fish poop eventually want to produce great eats for their friends and family right? This is my ultimate goal to help feed the world fresh and totally organic veggie food so why not serve them as fish tacos. My latest thoughts have been finding a hot dog cart so I can serve lots of these delicious tacos for lunch. I have tried a few smoked recipes for frozen tilapia filets and it turned out awesome! Fish takes no time at all to smoke.
