Aquaponic Gardening

A Community and Forum For Aquaponic Gardeners

What a wonderful fruit (although it's often called a vegetable). It seems it is fairly easy to grow in Aquaponics (just see all the photos...Jon & Cat Billings and Kobus). I really love experimenting cooking this. There are so many recipes. Broiling, roasting, baking, sauteing, stuffed, curries, mashed and so on. Here are some that I shared on one photo posted by Kobus:

They make great sandwich fillings, especially toasted or panani pressed. We often use them on "Meat Free" days (usually 3 or 4 days each week).
