Living is St. George our weather normally is hot is summer and cool in winter. I will be using IBC tote for a fish tank. How do you recommend keeping water temp under control?

I am looking at starting a aquaponics system in southern Utah. Just wondering what type of fish you guys use, and maybe some pictures of your setups. I am just tryig to get an idea of where i should start.
