Wanted to let folks in this forum know our neighbors at 9154 Linda Rio Drive, Sacramento, CA 95826 are putting their property up for sale. My family has lived next door to this place for 11 years, and it is a great spot. Their backyard has near perfect solar aspect (back yard/back patio faces South/Southeast) and is quite open. The zoning (unincorporated county) permits a large number of animals (we are currently raising both chickens and rabbits, and starting an aquaponics system in the Spring). Would LOVE to have some PermaCulturalist neighbors move in!
