Tilapia in the Philippines
A good friend of mine in the Philippine raises Tilapia and Catfish big time in Northern Luzon. He was a MD in America and bailed out for the tranquil life of raising Tilapia and Catfish in the Philippines. See Photos. The huge gaggle of fish are Tilapia ready for market.
