Well I guess I should add that my basement stayes around 65 degrees and I am thinking of putting my fish tanks down there. It would regulate the temp and keep all the unwanted critters out! Watcha think??? Oh yea the basement is 1400 sq. ft. so there is room for a couple big tanks.
