Does anyone know whether Tilipia T. Hornorum, and T. Mossambica are the only type of tilapia species in Missouri that requires written permission? Or is it written permission is required to raise of any type of Tilapia? Or if T. Hornorum, and T. Mossambica are the only two species on the list because they are hybrids?
I would like to raise Oreochromis aureus.
