tripical greenhouses

I am currently in the process of gathering the materials to build a greenhouse for deep water troughs at the Amigos for  Christ farm in Chinandega, Nicaragua.  The greenhouse will be 33x70 ft with 12' high walls  covered  with insect  scrfeen and a clear plastic roof.  The framing will be eucalyptis poles.

Does anyone have any experience in this type of aquaponics?
