Hello All, great little website, I'm glad I found it.

My name's Ron, and I live in Delray Beach.

I'm looking forward to the day I can start with aquaponics, very exciting.

Thanks TCLynx. You helped me out with info about fishless cycling on the backyard aquaponics forum when I first started my system a while back. :)

The Aquaponics Conference will be here in Orlando this fall, will be a good opportunity to meet people from all over and to also tour several of the central Florida aquaponics systems.

Oh Fantastic! Thanks Ron. Going to see different systems sounds fun and I can't wait to learn more about raising goats. :)

Hi Tressa. We have had group meet-ups yearly in the spring. We start at one person's place and then move to another. It has been primarily in the Marion, Citrus and Hernando area but with the number of AP'ers growing I wouldn't be surprised if others start doing the same. If you happen to make the tour next year, remind me and I'll put you in touch with a goat operation in Brooksville near the AP site. It is a hi quality operation on land about the size you desire.

Hi there, I have a small balcony AP system I built myself and hopefully sometime next year I can buy 5-10 Acres here in Florida for a larger system and some goats. :) I don't think it will be for selling the goods, just education, fun and experimenting for me. It would be cool to have an in person meetup for Florida APers.
