A Community and Forum For Aquaponic Gardeners

Hello guys, i live in Belleville On, and i was wondering if you know where to find the liner to build the grow bed.

I found a source in Florida, but the shipping costs are very expensive.

do you have any idea?

thanks

Check for "water garden" contractor, nurseries, etc for pond liners, also "Blillboard Tarps" out of Minneapolis Minn. has used tarps, you may want to check in the forum for others who have used their products &run into problems with the odd pin holes  etc, some people have had good luck with them, others not so. In my case, not being able to come up with liner materials, ended up using a double layer of black plastic (just to be sure), and it is holding up well.  Cheers, Eric.

I found a nice piece of pond liner on craigslist for $20! Our local hardware store sells it by the foot. It,s over $1/srr. ft. new.
Mine is EDPM (nontoxic)
Good luck!

thanks

i'm not sure in using EDPM, someone says it is toxic...someone says it ok...i would like to use the duraskim it is food grade(and organically certifiable), but looks like is impossible to buy it here in Canada.Only from the US.
