I came across the University of California Aquaculture Document Database which hosts numerous papers from Universities all across the United States, Virgin Islands, and those published through funding by the Clinical and Translational Science Awards.

A wealth of information on Fish, biology, cultivation, maintenance, etc.

I quickly scrolled down the link and stopped at Alligator production... just keep scrolling, just keep scrolling.

I indexed many many documents from the link you provided. If you go to http://documents.ponics.org/super-search/ and type for example "aquaculture" you will get more than:

• 400 results
• divided in neat categories ...with "alligators" category included!

 

A lot more friendly with all words within documents indexed.
