Worm Tea

A couple of questions:

  What ratio of worm castings to water gives the best performance?

   The tea seems to have a number of uses.  What does worm tea work best for?

I'm using it as a leaf spray.   Thank you for everybodys help in advance.  Advice always appreciated!!
