I'm hosting a wild edible identification class at my farm on Sat Oct 3rd, 9am.
If anyone is locale in SE Texas you're welcome to attend.
Dr. Mark Vanderbruggen from Foraging Texas will be the instructor. He asks a $40 per person fee. The class will be somewhere between 3-4 hours. I have two iceboxes in my farm stand in which you may store lunch/snacks/drinks.

No registration is necessary but I would like to know how many to expect.
Comfortable walking shoes are a must. Chairs would be a good idea :)
I have a few experimental plantings you can see as well. Haybales, foil mulch, etc.
