Where to get fingerlings in the Los Angeles are

I'm building a small system in the LA area. I am looking for about 30 fingerlings. I'm thinking Tilapia, but I'm open to maybe koi or something similar as well, as so few fish wouldn't be a huge protein source anyway. Any ideas where to get some or is anybody in that area willing to part with a few for maybe $1 each?

Try searching craigslist for tilapia. Saw someone in pomona with blue tilapia fingerlings.
