<p>i meant that i took one of my lilkoi and planted the seeds after eating the pulp, and they sprouted. but to agree with kobus, i bought my seedling (regular yellow type) and within months it was fruiting.</p>

I have what I believe to be a typical passion fruit vine that I bought here in South Africa (not sure how it will compare with international variants). I planted a seedling on the 2nd of October last year, and it is bearing fruit now. Thus I'm sure that you could say small seedling to setting fruit in at most 4 months.
