What type of disease this is

- it is in my dirt garden . I have never seen this. It has developed over the past two days only a couple of spots the first day  and now it has covered every part of three of my Black Krim tomato plants except the newest leaves. I thought it might it my be Bacterial speck  but it causes severe leaf curl and small black lesions with a yellow halo and these plants do not have leaf curl or a yellow halo.

That's actually pretty common (your quite lucky if you've never seen that before)...

Septoria is what that looks like from here (pictured), but your description of "halos" indicate the possibility of Alternaria.

Either way, they often go hand in hand and are both referred to as "Early Blight" by non-plant geeks 

Both are fungal in nature. 

Thank you, I thought the Septoria leaf spot was supposed to have yellow leaves. No there are no yellow halos that is why I did not think it was a bacterial speck.
