What happened to my fish

We were cleaning one of our IBC tanks and came across this fish.  It is the only one like this.  One other in the tank is missing a tail,  I had three goldfish in there.  The question is this cannabialism from the gold fish or another tialipa.  Or is it something else.  Please let me know what you think and also how do i get it to heal.  I have that one and the one with no tail in a tank inside.

yeah, i don't think you'll heal that one but you should salt your tank  (around 1ppt) to help the rest of the fish..
