What are these bugs??

Can anyone tell me what kind of bugs these are?

They've been hanging out under my big broccoli leaves and it seems like they're leaving webs of some kind. This is my first system, running since September near Sacramento... any help would be appreciated!

I don't think a bug like that is what's causing your webbing....is there anything funny going on with your plants? And could you either post a picture or explain your webbing further? What does it look like? Is it contained on the leaf surfaces or going in between the leaves like a spider web?
