What are these???
This system belongs to a friend of mine who is just starting out. She found these and I haven't seen them yet in my aquaponics journey so far... can someone identify these insects for me?Is there anyone that can tell me what these are and if they are harmful to the system at all?

planaria? Just a guess. If i'm right, definitely fish snacks ;-}

Definitely some kind of planaria. Most planaria are harmless any just east scum. I know i have 4 or 5 different kinds in my dart frog tank at home. There are thousands of species tho so trying to determine what your are would be hard but they are most likely just helping keeping things clean.
