Would it be possible to make a 1 inch pipe manifold that i could put multiple small venturi jets in/onto?

As it turns out yes you can but only at a highly inflated electrical cost compared to just using an air pump for bubbles which will leave you more room/uses for your pump(adding venturi jets seems to significantly reduce head)

i have a 620 gal per hr water pump way over board for my 1 grow tank put a t in with ball valves made a Venturi valve works great,   pump draws .59A  will use it for multi grow beds
