Trout aquaponics

I would like to address those that are growing trout in their systems.  I was asked to go to this forum and ask about growing trout.  Could you please advise.  I live in Central Wisconsin where the temps range from 100°F +/- to -20°F.  I have been into aquaponics for about four years now and I have two systems in my back yard one is a barrel-ponics system and the other is a 150-gallon bulk tank NFT configuration.  I am building a 16-unit IBC system in a heated barn a few towns away.

  I have acquired two 1,300-gallon tanks that I want to bury in a greenhouse and here is where I would like to grow my trout.  Thanks
