Tomatoes

I'm new to aquaponics and new to gardening in general. I planted some cherry tomatoes in my system about a month ago. The plants look good and healthy and are about 2 feet tall. There are no flowers yet and I don't see anything that looks like it will become a flower. I need some help/advice.
