Tilapia Fingerlings in North Carolina

I have 4 IBC totes that I am getting ready to put together. I also have my fish tank indoors ready for some tilapia fingerlings or juvenile. Does anyone know of a source in NC or is there someone that would be willing to sell me some tilapia fingerlings. I am in the Triad area but have no problem going for a drive. Any help would be appreciated.

I would say get the system put together before you put any fish in the tank.  You want to have your filtration up and running before you think about going to get any fish.
