tank size and price

I am looking at a 1000 gallon square plastic tank for $ 150.00 bucks, is that a good price ?

I am looking to build a new system for my GH this summer.

Using three halved 50 gallon barrels for my beds, would anyone suggest a side tank with a sump pump?
