Tank size

Here's what I'm planning on. I want to add 20 fish to my tank every month for the first 10 months. It's my understanding that tilapia reach maturity after the first ten months. I want to keep it to only twenty fish per month. Put 20 in, and harvest 20 each month is the plan after the first ten month cycle. This way I would have 300 fish total of various sizes. I'm wondering what the average growth curve in pounds are for Mozambique Tilapia (Oreochromis Mossambicus) so I can figure out my needed tank and grow bed sizes. Right now I'm just figuring in 2.5 - 3 lb for a 7-10 month old adult. Would anyone happen to know the averages for the first 6 months? Or better yet have a graph handy?
