SLO idea

Hey everyone,

I was thinking of running grow beds down a line with the SLO running down the middle of them, there are exit pipes feeding the grow beds from the main SLO pipe, on my end two beds I was thinking of keeping the exit pipes at the beginning of the bed because the siphon drains are at the far end of the beds, but keep the main SLO pipe running to the end of the beds where'd I'd put a screw on cap for easy access on cleaning.  

Has anyone tried anything like this?  My concern is water getting stuck in the end section and not circulating with the system causing algae or something.
