FYI for those Uber-localvores in the the group. The "First Inaugural" farm-to-fork festival is happening next month, on Capital Mall. Perhaps someone from the local aquaculture/aquaponics can be there and educate.

Nice.  Hopefully my wife and I can make it.  We're planning on starting a pilot venture next year after we sell our house (fingers crossed) that includes some AP aspects.
