Any Tips on ripening green tomatoes?

Just light and potassium. You might try...next time you need to buffer up your pH, try using potassium bi-carbonate (from a wine making shop, or order on-line from Gardenville) instead of a calcium based buffer. (If you're not doing that already)...

They look pretty good Robert. Usually they'll turn kinda white right before they start to want to ripen...
