Remote monitoring and data logging

I'm hoping to setup some data logging and monitoring of my setup that's currently inside a greenhouse.

I'd also like to setup something like this where I can spend a little less time worrying about temperatures and some basic water quality (PH & EC).

I've looked at some expensive systems from pentair but I can't afford that for such a small system.

Has anyone setup a temp, ph, ec data logging system?  I'd also need to log air temps and humidity.

Having USB linked switches to turn off/on various items like the exhaust fan would be nice.

Google "Neptune Apex"... you can view & program everything remotely, access a webcam, and log & control hundreds of sensors and outlets.
