Im using the good ol flood and drain slow.  What would be the cheapest for round the clock 15 on 45 off?

You can pick up timers at home depot for about $10

Just bought the grounded 15 min cycle from this site.  Is says 24h, but do they mean 24h or around the clock.  I love that timer from the link but to expensive.   Thanks
