Need Experienced Volunteer in Nicaragua

I am a volunteer project manager  for  Amigos for Christ and we are dedicated to  helping the poor of  Nicaragua.  We have two small sized farms in Chinandega, Nicaragua.  On one we raise livestock and on the  other  we grow vegetables and fruit to feed poor  school  children.  We have  a large concrete tank  in place that is stocked with tilapia.  We will be constructing a new 30x70 ft. greenhouse  next month close to  the fish tank, and we plan  is  to use the greenhouse for aquaponics.  We are looking for  an experienced  volunteer to  help  us with this project.
