Thank you Chris for such a detailed design. Now to find somewhere to build it and someone to help me :-)
Yeah .... unfortunately ... if the value of materials is under 5k it cost about $50.....
not that sometimes we just go ahead and ignore them :)
Here is another nice little greenhouse from harborfreight.com.

I am really thinking about getting this one. I am just starting with aquaponics and I just bought 3 IBC Totes. I am cutting 2 of them in half to use as grow beds. I think they will all fit in this 10x12 greenhouse.
Not a bad price ... since you live in sunny california you should be fine ... should be able to get away with a couple of rows of 3'x8' ...about 48 square feet of grow space .... looks like you could even go a higher row of nft tubes later down the road ... add another 90 feet of grow space or hanging towers ... depends on what you want to do...
Mother Earth News just published plans for a low cost High Tunnel. This seems to be on the upper end of the strength scale for a PVC ribbed High Tunnel and it costs under $1000.

Our 14x90 foot High Tunnel earned us 3x what we paid for it during this year, almost half of that after the first frost killed everything outside. We could have done much better if we had of had the time to fully plant it out properly.
Wonderful...thanks for sharing :-)
God bless,
