Is kelp sea weed organic fertilizer ok to use?

We have been unable to find Seasol or Maxicrop without buying it offline, so we visited our local hydroponic store and found Marinis Kelp Sea Weed Organic Fertilizer 100 % pure ascophyllum nodosum 2-2-7...can anyone help us by commenting whether or not this will work or is ok to use. As we are youngsters at this we would love some advice?
