I turned my feeder tank into a aquaponic system

I use a storage type tub for feeder fish so I decided to convert it to a small aquaponic system. I used a 1/2 standpipe and an 1 1/2 for the bell with a 2" pipe for a guard. I went out and bought some hydroton. Got a stand from Home depot. I was just using a sponge filter for this tube and the water was always a bit cloudy, now it's nice and clear. I stuck this house plant in and called it a day.
