so I tested the water today.i have a indoor 30 gal. fish tank. 3 med. size goldfish.2- 50 lt. growbeds.ive had the fish for a couple years now.so when I went aquaponics I kept the water in buckets.than reused it in the system. I got veggies going.now they are looking good. my first tests are.

Much of the bacteria live in the water it self so you should be fine, Just watch your ammonia and Nitrites for a couple of weeks while you feed lightly. Your system and fish are in very good balance so you shouldn't need to change anything.
