<p>Purchased a used de-humidifier to try out this winter. Concerned over the power consumption but might try to support with solar and only run when the sun is shinning.</p>
<p>As far as your other questions, I have had really good success with trout. I only have to heat the water minimally in the winter, and because my sump and one extra tanks are below ground, I don't get water temps above 65 in the summer.</p>
