Herbs -- Aquapods or Towers?

Would like to start selling fresh cut herbs at the farmers market.  What method do you think is better for the following herbs?:

Parsley

Mint

Rosemary

Dill

Basil

Oregano

Cilantro

Sage

Thyme

I grow only in gravel and all of those should do well in gravel.  Basil and dill are the only two I've grown in aquaponics and they both do well.  We've grown all of the others in the ground.
