has anyone tried to raise fresh water salmon?

There are two breads of salmon that are land locked freshwater only fish.

one of them is the Kokanee salom native the Washington (where I live).

 

Has anyone tried to raise these fish in their system, and if so where did you get the starter fry?

 

Speaking of getting starter fish, where would I pickup some rainbow trout?

that will probably be my first fish attempt...
