Simple greeting. New here and am loving aquaponics and everything. Thinking of starting an aquaponics company here in Long Island, NY if I can. Grow some of the "expensive" greens and herbs for restaurants and sell them direct. Even in our local supermarkets it's around 2.50 for a very small packet of parsley or chives. Considering how quick and huge herbs and veggies can grow, commercially even on small scale (with prices in mind) is viable. Or is it?
