Bare Roots Produce has an opening for a greenhouse manager to oversee the operation, a staff of 5-7, keep up our GAP compliance and organic certification. Current production is 2000 heads of butterhead lettuce a day 5 days a week. There is no responsibility for fish as the sturgeon farm is operated separately.
