<p>You won't go wrong with White Brook and they're in your state. This should be a 1-time purchase so a few cents per fish difference wouldn't be a factor to me. Tilapia are the toughest fish I've seen, ever. Low water temp is the critical factor and I believe Blues begin to die at 45F or thereabouts.</p>
