Fill drain times

I have a 30 gal tank.2 50 lt. Grow beds.the fill time is 5-6 min.
Any advice? Is this too fast or is it good?

Should be just fine. You can make it longer if you want to, like 10 minutes, but I'm not certain it will make much of a difference.
